Privacy

Minimum data collected,by design.

EcoConnect keeps the public site free of private data intake.

  • 01EcoConnect collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries and to run the public site.
  • 02No private documents are processed on the public site. Future authenticated workflows will require role-based access, encryption, and a signed data processing agreement.
  • 03Form submissions are validated server-side. Without a configured email or CRM provider, submissions return a controlled acknowledgement and are not persisted.
  • 04A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) will be completed before processing private project, buyer, or beneficiary data.

Terms
